This was intentional, but I forgot to mention it in the changelog. The default
configuration shipped earlier was mostly useless. However, since a while
Google Search requires document.browse.refresh set to 0 to be usable, so I'm
considering the re-introduced /etc/elinks/elinks.conf with only
document.browse.refresh
set as standard.
