I did this upgrade (which also required me to upgrade libgail-3-0 and libgtk-3-common to 3.14.13-1). I no longer see the bug in any of the versions of easytag that I had previously found it in (2.2.4-1, 2.2.6-1, 2.3.7-1, 1:2.2.6-dmo1).
