This change caused a build failure in libjdom1-java and libjdom2-java. libjdom2-java uses mh_install to install the jar in /usr/share/java, and then jh_classpath to tweak the manifest of the jar installed. In the version 0.49 jh_classpath is run before mh_install and fails to find the jar since it hasn't been installed yet.
