This package contains a versioned build-depends: perl-modules (>= 5.14) | libtest-harness-perl (>= 3.23) however the package description states that perl-modules should be considered an internal implementation detail of perl and shoudn't be depended upon. With the perl 5.22 work in experimental, perl-modules is gone, and this causes the FTBFS issue with sbuild. (It's still provided, but this doesn't work with versioned depends.) This build-dependency should probably be replaced with perl (>= 5.14) | libtest-harness-perl (>= 3.23) (or just 'perl', unless you care about being able to backport to oldstable). This bug will become RC nearer the time of the perl 5.22 transition to unstable.
