The report about ikiwiki-hosting: ikiwiki-hosting-web is a false positive because the depended-on package (apache2-suexec) is now virtual. mod-auth-mysql isn't part of stable, hasn't seen a maintainer upload for 5 years, has been broken for 2 years, and has a replacement included in apache2.
