Package: ssh Version: 1:6.7p1-5 Severity: important Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer,
When trying to use ssh-agent-filter or ssh-add -c it's very handy to have meaningfull comments on sshkeys so you can see which key is being used for what. Unfortunatly openssh 6.7 introduced a bug where all key comments end up as "w/o comment", this is fixed in openssh 6.8: https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2306 with this commit: https://github.com/openssh/openssh-portable/commit/1195f4cb07ef4b0405c839293c38600b3e9bdb46 (I tagged this with upstream, but i don't know if thats the correct way to use that tag, sorry if it's wrong!). -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages ssh depends on: ii dpkg 1.17.25 ii openssh-client 1:6.7p1-5 ii openssh-server 1:6.7p1-5 ssh recommends no packages. ssh suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
