Hello Gary,

I could fix the bug, it was a single missing character in the path to
the languages directory. Please download the next version, which will be
available shortly in Debian's repositories.

Just a small remark: I can hardly accept the title of the bug: Optgeo is
authored by a French developer, so it was probably not running "in wrong
language".
