Unfortunately I don't even understand the problem... How Gnucash needs Ledger and what for? Are you talking about http://ledger-cli.org "ledger"? I've never used this tool and I do not know what kind of interoperability was supported (if any). Please report upstream -- this is the only way to get it fixed. -- Best wishes, Dmitry Smirnov. P.S.
