I am not sure this is a bug in libSRTP at all - I am no expert on that, 
but seems from e.g. 
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2571853/conflicting-package-name-and-other-macros-when-using-autotools
 
that that other package should not include config.h directly.

Even if this is a bug in libSRTP it is an upstream one, and I would 
appreciate if you'd take that discussion yourself with upstream - 
happily they have become quite active lately :-)
