In a minimal sid schroot: # apt-get install libnftnl0 [...] The following NEW packages will be installed: libjansson4 libmnl0 libmxml1 libnftnl0 Need to get 125 kB of archives. After this operation, 472 kB of additional disk space will be used. # apt-get install iptables [...] The following NEW packages will be installed: iptables libnfnetlink0 libxtables10 Need to get 358 kB of archives. After this operation, 3818 kB of additional disk space will be used. So getting libiptc it's a whole magnitude bigger.
