When installing a Jessie system with FAI, all hosts have the same
/etc/machine-id file. This leads to some strange gtk, dbus, gconf
errors when calling a gtk programm (emacs for e.g.) on a remote
machine which has the same machine-id. Hosts should always have a
unique machine-id. This comes from deboostrap, which includes a
machine-id file. But FAI must not use this for all hosts.

A fix can be found in fe73c6cfb1afed03cdf46662b.
