https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=cython&suite=sid I think one of the tests is taking too long on some machines: "Build killed with signal TERM after 150 minutes of inactivity" You could disable the test that takes so long, modify it to take less time, get the test to print something as it runs, to avoid "inactivity", or the parallelisation (bug #750841) might help if other shorter tests then run at the same time, generating output.
