Yes, it didn't work before as well. I think this is a feature: bookmarks are for quick access to the folders, not files. > BAD: I cannot add new folderish bookmarks via drag'n'drop to the bookmark > section -> not good... Oh indeed, this is broken, it doesn't work now in 1.10 (the commit has been pushed on Mar 21, 2014). Previously, you could drag a folder to the empty space in bookmarks section, then a horizontal line appeared and you could drop the new folder there so it would become a new bookmarks. Now that line doesn't appear and you can only drop the new folder into one of the existing bookmarks - which will move the dragged folder into that bookmarked folder... Thanks for finding it. We'll need to figure out how to fix this in 1.10...
