I have uploaded a new version. I wanted to upload to a delayed queue but
I did forget. Hope all is OK.

For the tests, I have an ITP for both httpbin and pytest-httpbin that
are needed to run the tests. As it will take some time for me to package
them and they have to go through the NEW queue, I preferred uploading
without tests first. I'll do another NMU when pytest-httpbin will be
available (I'll ping you first).
