Upgrading antlr has been on my todo list for some time, but my lack of understanding of the relation between the Java and the C API and the mismatch of the latest versions of these APIs dissuaded me from starting this task. Since antlr 3.2 has been working great so far there was no compelling reason to upgrade. Even packages depending on antlr 3.5 like lucene4 work with the version 3.2.
