Package: xbmc Version: 2:13.2+dfsg1-4 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I installed "xbmc" on a Mac-Mini running Debian stable. I did "adduser xbmc", then added this user to groups cdrom, video, audio, plugdev, and powerdev, and then arranged for xbmc-standalone to be started by systemd. It works OK in that I can watched my DVDs just fine, but I can't eject them from XBMC: when I press the "Eject/Load" button under the big "PLAY DISC" button, nothing happens. If I look at the logs while clicking on this button, I see that really very little happens (even after enabling all the extra verbose categories). More specifically, efter each click, the only messages I get are of the form: 13:59:49 T:63623168 DEBUG: ProcessMouse: trying mouse action leftclick The "xbmc" user under which this is running definitely has the needed access rights (if I type "eject" from a shell running as user "xbmc", the DVD is ejected just fine). Since this is a Mac Mini, there's no "eject" button directly on the drive, so I *really* need this "Eject/Load" button to work!
