I was trying to upgrade to chromium stretch and this is what happened :-
[$] sudo aptitude install chromium=43.0.2357.65-1

I had a look at the various packages that I was trying to upgrade :-

While I do submit that possibly there might be virtually no
differences between the two chromium versions, as far as
chromium-inspector is concerned the absence of the same in the new
version is not explained in the changelog
