What I meant was that you should send "fixed 786907 0.9.10+dfsg-1" to the BTS control bot, assuming that's the version that first included the fix. If you look at the graph on the right-hand side of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=786907 , you'll see that all of the shapes are red ovals, indicating that the BTS believes that those versions are affected by the bug.
