the man page mentions "see -speed" in several places, but all one can find is a speed=# option. P.S., one sees: cdrecord: Write speed 2 of medium not sufficient for this writer. cdrecord: You may have used an ultra low speed medium on a high speed writer. but speed=1, speed=0 doesn't change the message.
