Indeed, I see the packaging change: http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/pkg-llvm/llvm-toolchain/branches/3.6/debian/rules?r1=1541&r2=1577&pathrev=1577 It fixes the content of LLVMConfig.cmake to match the packaged location of the files.
