well, i think the point here is more to consult with the current mutt
maintainer and the ftp masters. the contact for the current maintainer
is Antonio Radici (in CC).

The ftp masters can be reached at ftpmas...@debian.org or #debian-ftp on
irc.debian.org (OFTC).
