Dear maintainer!
I try send SMS from my GSM-modem with russian cyrillic symbols 
(LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8).
Outgoing message writing to file /var/spool/gammu/outbox with "Coding = 
Default_No_Compression"
Need value "Coding = Unicode_No_Compression". Config option "TransmitFormat" is 
ignored?
