haskell-web-plugins requires Template Haskell, so it's unbuildable on
architectures that lack GHCi. In unstable that's currently only mips
and mipsel.
$ dak rm -Rn -a mips,mipsel -s unstable -b libghc-web-plugins-{dev,prof}
W: -a/--architecture implies -p/--partial.
Will remove the following packages from unstable:
libghc-web-plugins-dev | 0.2.6.1-1 | mips, mipsel
libghc-web-plugins-prof | 0.2.6.1-1 | mips, mipsel
