Package: dpkg

thanks

dpkg-dev and friends seem to not enjoy the following line (granted, it's
not *explicitly* allowerd nor disallowed by policy):

    Depends: foo (>= 1.0) (<= 2.0)

(As it should!)

However, when you give it:

    Depends: foo [amd64] [sparc]

It doesn't throw an error (likely due to two different parsers handling
the Depends line) -- rather, it seems to change the Arch block to *only*
`sparc`, rather then either expected behavior, either treating it as
`[amd64 sparc]`, or throwing an error.

I think the latter is likely the best!

Thanks for working on dpkg,
  Paul
