A user reported [1] that the list of merchandise vendors is not listed
alphabetically.

I believe the list is stored in the file
https://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/webwml/webwml/english/misc/merchandise.data

and the info of that file is the one used in English and all the translations,
so just reordering the entries in that file should fix this bug.
