I rebuilt src:fbcat against the current debhelper. This was the result:
$ dpkg -c fbcat_0.3-1debhelper9.201505021_i386.deb | grep '^-.*/bug/'
-rw-r--r-- root/root 241 2012-05-13 22:43 ./usr/share/bug/fbcat/bug-script
For comparison, the package in the archive has:
$ dpkg -c fbcat_0.3-1_i386.deb | grep '^-.*/bug/'
-rwxr-xr-x root/root 241 2012-05-13 22:43 ./usr/share/bug/fbcat
In the new package, the bug script is installed into wrong location
(should be /usr/share/bug/fbcat or /usr/share/bug/fbcat/script), and
it has wrong permissions (should be executable).
