Hatari already stretches screen with Falcon and TT emulation (using integer scaling factors and selecting closest resolution for those). Current Hatari version (1.8) can only double ST/E screen resolution, but next version can do arbitrary scaling also on that, if Hatari is built with SDL2 (scaling is then done by SDL, not by Hatari itself).
