whatever, it behaves pretty much in the same way.
And installing packages is a very valid thing to do in ermergency mode, especially when you enter emergency mode because your little baby sytemd fails to find some of its files for whatever reason.


Then fix it.
The way it behaves currently is a security issue.

You keep repeating that. Please show a way to exploit that "security issue".
