The intent of the patch is to provide a new terminal definition,
xterm-256color-utf8, for users of a modern xterm with the vt100Graphics
resource set to false. This new terminal definition reflects how xterm actually
behaves under those conditions. None of the existing terminal definitions are
altered. And the patch does not mention putty. Please reconsider.
