Attached you can find a patch fixing the typo ("the package list of
package" -> "the bug list of package").

If there is no objection to the patch, I'll commit it in some days.

About the italics or other decoration, I see in the source file that
there are sorrounding <var></var> tags, but it seems that no decoration
is produced with that tag (nor with <code> tags) when they are inside a
<dd> section.

I'll try to research a bit and provide a proposal to fix that.
