Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal php-http-upload has not been updated upstream in the last five years, and is not maintained upstream anymore. It wasn’t ship with Jessie (nobody complained since it has been removed from testing over six months ago).
I believe it’s time to acknowledge that this package is not useful in Debian anymore. Regards David
