Hm. Now that I read that again I remember some other problems with the clipboard. There are four Debian bug reports of Lesstif clipboard bugs: #217121, #271022, #305308 and #314440. The first includes a description about how I understand the problem and a link to the Lesstif bug tracker, where this bug is closed as fixed. I don't know how I could miss that. >After that I contacted nedit.org mailing list and they advised me to install >official nedit executable. >Discussion thread here: >http://www.nedit.org/pipermail/discuss/2005-December/007892.html > >After installing and launching nedit - everything went fine with new install, >but ALSO WITH DEBIAN NEDIT! >The bug has dissappeared. The reason for the inadvertant fix is probably a library mixup of some kind, so it might give an important hint to solve the bug later.
