My machine is a Sparc64 machine. It uses a sun4u UltraSPARC IIi processor
overclocked to 466 MHz (and, no, this isn't the reason for the instability as I
have tested it with the original speed of 440 MHz and the same occurs no matter
the settings on the processor, as I have tried multiple settings including the
default). It is slower than slow but if I can help, I can try to do so. I
haven't done any programming on this machine and am not all that knowledgeable
of the SPARC platform anymore (had a traumatic brain injury from a
malfunctioning heater at home back in 2008). I'd buy a newer one but right now
I am financially unable to do so, which is why I am using older hardware.
Sincerely,

D. Charles Pyle
