Source: wine-development Version: 1.7.40-1 Severity: normal
Hi I had the following packages installed from 1.7.40-1 (missing the 64-bit packages due to #781557:) ii libwine-development:i386 1.7.40-1 i386 ii wine-development 1.7.40-1 amd64 ii wine32-development 1.7.40-1 i386 When updating to 1.7.41-1, aptitude tries to pull wine-development (i386), which conflicts with the already installed wine-development (amd64). Obviously this was triggered by this change: * "Recommend wine from the wine32 and wine64 packages (closes: #778435)." The IMO correct way would be to keep the already installed wine-development (amd64). I did this for now manually. I haven't tested it yet, but I guess a "Multi-Arch: allowed" for the wine-development package would solve this correctly.
