Hello,

since I migrated my moinmoin wiki to jessie requests like

        http://mywiki/ö

result in an error ("internal server error" or backtrace depending on
configuration). This is already reported upstream at

        https://github.com/mitsuhiko/werkzeug/issues/635

. The problem compared to wheezy is (I think) that systemd doesn't
provide LC_* variables in the server's environment.

There is a pull-request open at github[1] which fixes the issue.

Thanks
Uwe
