Package: python2.3-doc
Version: 2.3.5-9
Severity: normal

The documentation for the email module describes getaddr() and
getaddrlist() functions on the Message class. These sound quite
convenient; the only catch is that they do not exist. The function
that does exist and does approximately the same job (albiet less
conveniently) is apparently email.Utils.getaddresses, which is not
documented.
