Please unblock package bb/1.3rc1-8.3 which I've just uploaded to unstable. As discussed with Niels as well as in https://bugs.debian.org/761023 this upload of bb improves README.Debian which was introduced in the previous upload as a way to mitigate #761023. After the previous upload migrated to testing, a typo fix and some very helpful additional information have been posted to #761023, and this upload includes them.
