This is another instance of <https://bugs.debian.org/782286>. The experimental libtasn1-6 upload did not specify strict enough dependency information, therefore gnutls 3.3.14-1 does not depend on libtasn1-6 >= 3.4. This has already been fixed in tasn and the next rebuild of gnutls will automatically have the correct dependcy information. As a hotfix you can manually upgrade libtasn1-6 to 3.4-2.
