Note that 1.3.x is a development series, so xapian-core may change API
and ABI incompatibly between releases - it's not really suitable for
packaging.

I'm aware of the tcl test failure - it seems to pick a recently added
C++ Query constructor instead of the one it is meant to. I've not
worked out exactly why yet though.
