Can you test this with other GTK2 applications that use the GTK print dialog? (Currently unsure what applications this could be in Debian jessie, though).
The issue may be caused by atril, but I don't think so. I'd rather guess that this happened due to a change in some underlying (print (dialog)) library (but just guessing).
