Hi Michael,

Thank you for the bug report.  It makes sense to have the firewall as
down for as short a time as possible.  I believe that it's going to take
(2) new revisions of firehol packages to accomplish this, since the
prerm shipped with 2.0.2+ds-1 will still "stop" the firewall during an
upgrade (see [1]).

In any event, the first upload has been sponsored.  (Thank you Jerome.)
