The new config option Apt::Key::gpgcommand used by apt-key cannot be set to "gpg2", because the apt-key command still has a hardcoded call to gpgv which does not understand at all the keyrings created by the gpg2 calls. So I guess we need for it to be configurable as well, either with a new option or by reusing Dir::Bin::gpg.
