When a torrent has been downloaded completely, and once the max sharing ratio has been reached, the torrent is automatically paused and it's impossible to unpause it (at least from the GUI) to continue to share it, even when you increase the max sharing ratio in the option afterwards. I do this bug report from memory, please forgive me if this bug has just been solved.
