Package: scratch Version: 1.4.0.6~dfsg1-5 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Importing mp3 files at Sounds tab, alerts "Unrecognized audio file format" message, while importing wav files works fine. Searching in source files (apt-get source scratch) I didn't manage to find out any reference which handles audio import. I have tried Scratch in Fedora and I noticed that in Media/Sounds directory there were not any mp3 files. All the files were in wav format. So a quick fix may be the conversion.
