--pasv added to the uscan call, so this is fixed now.

This only fails for 82 packages, according to:
select source, warnings from upstream where warnings ~ 'pgp' and status = 
'error';
This will be magically fixed when ullmann will be upgraded to jessie.
(just copying the uscan script from a jessie system doesn't work, as it
also uses some stuff from the devscripts lib)
