Package: lxc Version: 1:1.0.6-6 Followup-For: Bug #779473 This Problem is caused by systemd which deletes the cgroup directories lxc creates after some time.
Upstream Bug report: https://github.com/lxc/lxc/issues/323 Bug #777601 looks related and is alerady fixed in systemd 215-12.
