Hello. This is just a simple issue, but it seemed worth mentioning -- for the sake of "us weebles" or something. In the file: /usr/share/doc/dhis-client/README.Debian there is a line, which contains the URL: http://www.dhis.org/dhis/ That URL is resulting (tonight) in a "403" error So, it's not a huge issue, of course I'd like to suggest that the following URL might be used, instead: http://www.dhis.org/services/ "DHIS Service Providers" It's your README.Debian, though.
