Please add somewhere at the start of the file *LandscapeOrientation: Plus90 and *LandscapeOrientation: Minus90 separately in turn and see whether the orientation of the printed image on the envelope changes. 'service cups restart' after each change and try 'Portrait' and 'Landscape' from the printing dialogue.
