Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I have noticed Quassel upstream has tagged a 0.11.0 version on September
2014. Would be nice to have the Debian package updated as well.

List of tags are shown on:
http://git.quassel-irc.org/?p=quassel.git;a=summary

0.11.0 commit summary is:

Feature release, with full Qt5 support and revamped build system
http://git.quassel-irc.org/?p=quassel.git;a=tag;h=refs/tags/0.11.0

The package tracker mentions Ubuntu has 0.12-beta1 packaged already.
>From their page https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/quassel they
apparently have skip 0.11.0 entirely. Maybe consider bumping directly
to 0.12 by reusing the Ubuntu receipe?

Thanks!
