It's still there.

I also just discovered another problem that I suspect might be related.
If I go to a page that wants to install a plugin (such as [0]), and I
click the "Install Missing Plugins..." button, I get this error message:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: chrome://mozapps/content/plugins/pluginInstallerWizard.xul
Line Number 1, Column 12:

skinVersion="1.5"
-----------^

Maybe both are symptoms of the same underlying problem?
